Modality two
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Breathing concentrated oxygen under increased atmospheric pressure can help the body do what it already knows how to do — repair, recover and restore energy. Sessions take place in Wembley Downs and can be booked alongside, or independently of, kinesiology.
What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
You breathe a higher concentration of oxygen while resting inside a pressurised chamber. The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood plasma, which can support the body's natural recovery and repair processes.
What is it used for?
People use sessions to support recovery from fatigue and injury, general energy and vitality, and as a complement to other therapies such as kinesiology. It is not a substitute for emergency or medical treatment.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically booked in one-hour blocks — see the Prices page for current rates and bulk-session packages.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required for mild hyperbaric oxygen sessions here. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please mention it when booking so it can be discussed before your first session.
