What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and who is it for?
The short version
You rest inside a pressurised chamber and breathe a higher concentration of oxygen than normal. The added pressure helps more oxygen dissolve into your blood plasma, which can support the body's own recovery processes.
Who tends to use it
People come to hyperbaric oxygen sessions for a range of reasons — supporting recovery from fatigue or injury, general energy and vitality, or as a complement to kinesiology work.
Before your first session
Let us know about any medical conditions, pregnancy, or implanted devices when you book, so we can talk it through before you arrive.
